In April 2007 Hiscox USA expanded our product lines to offer Admitted Miscellaneous E&O insurance for real estate agents/brokers, management consultants and computer consultants as part of our Miscellaneous E&O division.
The coverage is admitted on a primary basis through State National Insurance Company, Inc. which carries an A.M. Best’s Rating of A {Excellent}, Financial Size: Class VII. The State National program is admitted in the following states:
- California (no real estate)
- Florida
- Georgia
- Illinois
- Massachusetts
- Michigan
- New Jersey
- New York
- North Carolina
- Ohio
- Pennsylvania
- Texas
- Virginia

- Computer consultants (offered through the Tech team)
