"I was very satisfied with the service I got. Everything was very quick and easy. I had approached another insurance company, actually my primary insurance company, about liability, general and professional coverage and it was a much longer ordeal. It was a lot of paperwork and a lot of waiting. This was much quicker and, quite frankly, I am a little skeptical. I had no reason to be, but just seeing as how this was so fast, you know, it's just human nature, just a little bit. I am sure everything will be fine, but it is the first time I have purchased insurance, You know how it is when you first start, but everything was quick. The people were polite and it was great."

"I found the quote to be generally higher than what I anticipated for my insurance as compared with competitors, but there are some combinations that I wanted to make. When I actually combined them all, they came out to about $1300 a year. That could be because I'm not familiar with your particular business. I am going to investigate further."
