Erica is the founder of Sitting Around, a babysitting cooperative, that helps groups of families in communities trade family care. A working mother herself, Erica faced a multitude of challenges. Her biggest being the decision to boostrap her startup rather than seeking investor funding or loans as she continued to offer management consulting on the side.
